SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping Information:

All orders are custom-made for you and are produced once your order is processed. All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the supplier and the product ordered. You will receive an email once your order has been processed.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include your tracking information. It could take anywhere between 2 to 7 business days or 2-4 weeks (domestic/U.S.) and 10 to 25 business days (international) to receive your order depending on the supplier, product, and the size of your order.

Larger orders may take additional production time.

Refer to the shipping information posted within each item’s product page in our store or your specific order information detailed in your order confirmation.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping is free for U.S. domestic orders over $100.00.

International Shipping:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We ship to most countries depending on the product and supplier.

However, at this time, we do not ship to these countries; Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Glitter Worthy Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer who is receiving goods.

How to Check the Status of Your Order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you may use to check its status. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the timeframe indicated on your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopglitterworthy.com with your full name, shipping address, and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Product Issues and Exchanges:

If there is an issue with your order, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. Solutions may vary depending on the product, issue, and the supplier. Our products are created when you order them, and as such, each item is custom-built for you based on the information provided in an order. Please refer to our Product Issues page to find out more information about assistance with a resolution.
